We want this website and our practice to be accessible to everyone. This statement sets out how we approach accessibility and where to ask for help.
The website
We design this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where reasonably possible. That includes:
- Text that scales without breaking the layout
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
- Keyboard navigation through menus, forms and links
- Descriptive alt text on images that convey information
- Clear, plain-language explanations alongside clinical terms
If something doesn’t work for you, we want to hear about it.
The practice
Our consulting rooms at 30 Flinders Street, Kent Town are wheelchair accessible. Please let our reception team know in advance if you need any of the following so we can prepare:
- An interpreter (we use TIS National for translation services)
- Auslan interpreting
- Extra time at your appointment
- A support person or carer to attend with you
- Large-print copies of any forms or information
Feedback
If you experience an accessibility issue with this website or in our practice, please contact us. We aim to respond within five business days.
