We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share your information for marketing purposes without your consent.

How we store and protect your information

Your clinical records are stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Paper records, where used, are stored in locked rooms. We use practice management software with role-based access and audit logging.

We retain medical records for the periods required by law: generally a minimum of seven years from the last consultation for adult records, and until the patient turns 25 for paediatric records.

Your rights: accessing and correcting your information
